I’m not normally one to share really short clips on the Sick Chirpse because it feels a bit reductive, but this little video of Anne Hathaway dancing in a club at Paris Fashion Week has racked up an incredible 16 million views at the time of writing so it really does seem that it needs to be talked about.

Hathaway didn’t really do much last year, only starring in one movie named ‘Armageddon Time’ that literally nobody in the world watched, but it seems like she’s back with a vengeance in 2023 starring in a well received thriller named ‘Eileen’ that made its debut at the Sundance Film Festival this week. She decided to celebrate this by stepping out at the Valentino Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week show and dancing to ‘Lady Marmalade’ like she was shooting a club scene in a movie.

OK I’m not gonna lie, those videos are pretty badass and they do make Anne Hathaway look like an absolute killer but I’m not sure if they deserve this much credit does it? I suppose the 4 second one probably means that more people are watching it because it’s so short, but even so it seems like a bit of an overreaction?
Anyway, hope everyone enjoyed it as much as Anne Hathaway did and hope she has a great year with more dancing please! Although that could legitimately break the internet.
