According to court testimony, Avila was emptying trash on the property in December 2020 when she was attacked and mauled by Hades, Chris Brown’s 200-pound Caucasian Shepherd. Hades! The Greek God of death and the underworld ffs!

Aside from the physical trauma, Avila suffers from PTSD, and permanently ended her career as a housekeeper.

Prior to the trial, Brown admitted negligence but disputed the extent of the financial damages. He claimed the dog was kept by his security team for protection against stalkers and argued he had warned the employees not to go outside without security.
