Although there are undoubtedly different styles of chicken nugget depending on their size and what they’re coated in, I never actually thought that there was enough variation in them that somebody would actually set up a festival celebrating this fact – but I was wrong.

London’s First Chicken Nugget And Wing Festival is set to take place on August 11th of this year and whilst they’re aren’t too many details about it yet, here’s what the official Facebook page is saying so far:

Sounds pretty fantastic, although I gotta say it normally bugs me when you pay to get into these food events and then have one meal and leave. Still, I love chicken nuggets and I know a lot of other people out there too so I might make an exception for this event. Don’t think I’ll stand a chance in the chicken nugget eating competition though – that sounds tough.
