Anthony Joshua Vs Tyson Fury Fight Confirmed For Netflix In 2026

It may be a few years too late, but it’s finally happening – Anthony Joshua will take on Tyson Fury in a heavyweight showdown later this year, as confirmed by Eddie Hearn.

Hearn confirmed the news earlier today, stating the deal is “signed, sealed and delivered”.

No date or venue announced just yet, just that the fight will take place in on Netflix (where else?) in late 2026.

Before then, Joshua will return to the ring against Albanian heavyweight Kristian Prenga on 25 July 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Fury recently returned from his fifth retirement, defeating Arslanbek Makhmudov via unanimous decision at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier this month.

I know we’d all be buzzing a lot more for this if it was taking place in 2019, but better late than never, right? One big final pay day for two legends of British boxing, and they finally get to give the fans what they want. On paper, at least.

On the plus side, you just know the build-up and the press conferences for this will be pure gold.

More details as they come in…
