As I’ve said in these pages before, it looks as if though in the run up to Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial next summer that tidbits of information about her alleged sex trafficking and sexual abuse crimes alongside Jeffrey Epstein are slowly going to be released to the public. The latest of these instalments appeared last week after another deposition with her from April 2016 was unsealed.

The seven hour, 400 page deposition is from a case bought against Maxwell by alleged Epstein victim Virginia Guiffre and mainly features her denying pretty much every question she is asked, claiming that she never saw Epstein have sex with a minor and wasn’t aware of any inappropriate underage sexual activities going on at all. It’s also heavenly redacted with names such a Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew being blacked out, as well as a weird part where she talks about a puppet of Prince Andrew that the man himself would repeatedly fondle.

Court also redacted the names of other men who may have been present at Jeffrey’s homes or on his plane. Unclear on what basis these names were redacted.

I never saw any inappropriate underage activities with Jeffrey ever.

I never observed Jeffrey having sex with a minor.

Again, puppet, you know, there is lots of types of puppets.

I am not aware of any small handheld puppet that was there.

There was a puppet — not a puppet — there was a — I don’t know how would you describe it really, I don’t know how would you describe it.

Weird. I guess these aren’t the kind of revelations that the public is eagerly awaiting to hear, but it’s all part of the build up and is only going to make the eventual truth dump even more dramatic and salacious. We’ll all remain on tenterhooks until some of these drop, but it’s probably not going to happen until the actual trial starts next summer. Something to look forward to I guess?
