CCTV Of Ann Widdecombe Murder Suspect Leaving His Home With Weapon In His Shorts

The ‘loner’ suspect in Ann Widdecombe’s murder left home with a ‘foot long pole’ before driving 300 miles from Rotherham, South Yorkshire to Ann’s bungalow in Haytor Vale, Devon, where he is believed to have killed the former Tory MP in her home.

Here’s CCTV footage of the 28=year-old getting into his car at around 8am on Wednesday with what is assumed to be the murder weapon in his shorts…

The man’s neighbours told MailOnline that he rarely left his house since his father died last year, and had become a recluse and ‘wouldn’t really speak to anyone.’

When armed police turned up at his home, there was no commotion, as he simply answered the door, confirmed his name, and went off with them.

So it is looking like this was a premeditated attack, if this man does indeed turn out to be the killer. It does seem a bit weird that this reclusive, depressed loner would do a 600-mile round trip with around 10 hours of driving to murder Ann Widdecombe in her bungalow, but then I guess some people really did hate her that much.

Maybe we’ll learn his motive soon. Meanwhile, one staff member at Aberdeen University is under investigation for celebrating her death and wishing that it was painful. What is wrong with these people?
