Chinese Streamer Who Was Seducing Male Viewers Loses 140,000 Followers After Filter Malfunctions
Beauty filter malfunctions are causing a serious issue for female livestreamer in China, as this young lady became the latest victim to have lost a significant portion of her fanbase after a livestream went wrong.
The streamer was in the middle of seducing a thirsty follower when the filter completely failed her:
In China, a livestreamer was seducing male viewers with her young beauty filter, getting them to send her gifts & money.

Then, suddenly, the filter glitched off mid-stream, revealing a much older woman underneath.

That’s the thing with filters and AI and such – you can never really trust them, even when you’re the person using them and especially when you’re using them live. Although I guess it did work long enough to rack up tens of thousands of followers before brutally glitching on her mid-livestream.
Imagine how gutted you would be if you donated money to this person? Literally false advertising!
It’s not the first time this has happened either. Back in 2019, another prominent Chinese streamer, ‘Your Highness Qiao Biluo’, had her filter fail mid-stream and revealed to be a 58-year-old woman, rather than a girl in her 20s:
Diabolical. Maybe we should just criminalise filters at this point? Only way to be sure you aren’t being duped online in 2026.
