Influencer ‘Stranded’ Due To Iran War Because He Refuses To Fly Economy Class
Travel influencer Daniel Goz AKA Nonstop Dan is catching some flak after claiming he is “stranded” in Singapore due to the ongoing conflict in Iran, only to later admit he actually refuses to book economy seats.
Dan, who has 1 million subs on YouTube, posted a video titled “There Are No Flights Left,” stating he was trapped in Singapore and unable to return home to Europe because of Middle Eastern airspace closures.
Viewers noted that while premium cabins (business and first class) were fully booked for weeks, economy class seats were still available for purchase.

Following a backlash, Dan re-titled the video to “Millions Of Travelers Are About To Be Stranded”.
In a pinned comment, he admitted economy seats existed but were selling for over $1,500 one-way, arguing he primarily covers premium travel for his channel. Does he think travelling in economy will ruin his reputation, or what?
Judging by the comments, seems he may have done already – though not in the way he imagined:

At the end of the day, if there are flights available and he isn’t booking them because they are economy class, then it’s literally a choice and he isn’t “stranded”. I mean, we can appreciate an attempt at clickbaiting and all, but come on!
Imagine people genuinely stuck in warzones reading about this? An influencer who refuses to go home because his ego can’t fit in economy. I guess that’s what being a big time travel influencer can do to a person.
