Chris Eubank Snr-mania is gripping the UK this week, which explains why this old clip of the British boxing legend being confronted by CyclingMikey has gone viral again.
CyclingMikey – who is either a road safety hero or an utter bell end, depending on how you want to look at it – catches Chris Eubank running a red flight in London’s Hyde Park and fiddling around on his phone, and lands him right in it:

Chris Eubank Snr ended up in court over the video and pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the indication given by a traffic sign. He was given three penalty points and told to pay £280 in fines, court costs and fees. Parliamentary procedure, you might say.
I actually thought Eubank could be in even more trouble for claiming he was a police officer in the clip, but get this: he’s actually been given status of a certified law enforcement marshal in Louisiana in the USA due to his fame, so technically he was telling the truth. What an absolute legend.
Well anyway, I guess Chris Eubank can’t have too many complaints seeing as he did break the law, and did actually kill someone previously in a road accident in 1992. So while CyclingMikey is almost indubitably a t0sser, you can’t be too mad at him for this one.
