YouTuber Shane Dawson Has Issued Statement Denying That He Had Sex With His Cat

Let me be the first to say that I’ve got absolutely no idea who Shane Dawson is, but when I saw his name trending and looked into it and discovered that he was issuing some bizarre statement apologising for telling a story about how he had sex with his cat a few years ago, I just had to write about it. How could I not?

Turns out that Dawson is some YouTuber/podcaster/filmmaker/douchebag guy who has a net worth of $3 million apparently and once said on a podcast back in 2015 that he had sex with his cat and came all over it. The audio from the re-emerged over the weekend and you can listen to it below:

Ew. I mean that isn’t even funny it just came across in like a creepy serial killer kind of way in the way that he told it. Not really sure why he would wanna do that, but now it’s come back to bite him in the ass he attempted to apologise for it and kinda justify it with the tweets below:

I mean that’s kinda fair enough. We all do stupid things when we’re young and dumb, just most of them don’t involve ill thought out jokes about having sex with our cats that are left lingering on the internet for years to come back and bite us in the ass when we’re successful.

Yeah, it’s pretty weird but just give the guy a break and move on. Don’t think there’s any need to cancel him or whatever people are saying. Admittedly that’s because I had never heard of him before today and don’t really care, but even if I had I reckon it would be cooler not to bother with chewing him out forever. Doesn’t need it.
