Scuba diving can be great fun, but you’ve got to make sure that you keep it together while you’re down there.

If you don’t, then you could end up like the woman in this video. In it, the dive is going perfectly well when out of nowhere she has a panic attack and rips out her regulator for some reason. She full on looks like she’s going to drown and die right there and then, but thanks to the quick thinking of her instructor, they hit the emergency ascend and get her to some fresh air just in time. Tense:

Jesus. Just goes to show how something that you think is relatively safe and common can turn deadly in a second. Just try to keep it together and calm at all times.
