Like father, like son.

Even though his career has kinda gone the way of most UFC fighters who are past their prime, there’s no doubt that Anderson Silva was one of the best MMA fighters of all time and so naturally we’re going to be interested in seeing how his son does on his in ring debut.

22 year old Kalyl Silva made his introduction to kickboxing over the weekend facing off against Anthony Reynaga and managed to knock him out in eleven seconds to go 1-0. The guy couldn’t really have asked for a better first match and you can see the bout in its entirety (lol) below:

Wow. I guess the apple really doesn’t fall from the tree hey? I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t know much about kickboxing, but an 11 second knockout from your first ever kick in a professional fight isn’t exactly something anyone can turn their noses up at is it? Kalyl Silva – remember the name.
