Area 51 remains one of the greatest mysteries on this earth and hundreds of conspiracy theories have been born as a result of this area, which has been sectioned off for decades.

With new rumours regarding extraterrestrial intelligence, Google has revealed a time-lapse showing what’s been going down in Area 51 for the past 30 years.

OK, so while you can’t see flying saucers or anything like that, there’s definitely a lot going on. There’s a 25 mile no-fly zone for civilian aircraft around this land, so we don’t often get to see Google’s view of it.

The military complex sits between a dry lake bed to the North East and a small mountain to the west. This has been fenced off from the public, with armed guards protecting it. The time lapse reveals that the base has been gradually expanded and improved by the US military since the first photo was taken in 1984.

The original runway is now wider and longer, while a large second runway is underway. Also, military engineers have been slowly digging into the mountain to the West of the base. Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, said:

Area 51 has always been a magnet for those who believe the US Government knows a lot more about UFOs than they are prepared to reveal to the public.

People like the late Boyd Bushman, a senior scientist who worked for Lockheed Martin, have declared that Area 51 is a base where extraterrestrial spacecraft and technology is stored and examined.

Does this imply that the usually closed-off area is under construction to make way for different spacecrafts? It could very possibly be. If you don’t believe in Area 51 and the idea that the US military has had contact with alien life form, just check out this ex-Area 51 worker spilling the beans after getting blackout drunk in Vegas.
