Stephen Hawking Warns We’re At The Most Dangerous Point In Human History

It’s the end of the world as we know it.

Stephen Hawking has warned that we’re at the most dangerous point in human history and he’s not just referring to Donald Trump.

Apparently it’s due to the fact that we currently have the ability to destroy our own planet, but not the ability to escape it. Obviously this isn’t helped by the fact that Donald Trump has an incredibly short temper and is in charge of thousands of hydrogen bombs though.

Hawkings said:

We are at the most dangerous moment in the development of humanity.

We now have the technology to destroy the planet on which we live, but have not yet developed the ability to escape it.

Perhaps in a few hundred years, we will have established human colonies amid the stars, but right now we only have one planet, and we need to work together to protect it.

Short and to the point. I guess we kind of already knew that, but it’s a stark reminder at how fucked up 2017 could potentially/most likely is going to be. And it’s only going to get worse now that Donald Trump is surrounding himself with absolute maniacs.
