Shia LaBouef is probably better known for being a grade A wanker most of the time, whether it’s headbutting people in London pubs or having a public meltdown a the Berlin Film Festival, but it turns out that he’s actually quite good at delivering motivational speeches and being inspiring too. Who would have thought it?

This little clip is taken from Joshua Parker’s segment of #INTRODUCTIONS and featured LaBoeuf shouting his ass off at you trying to get you to achieve your dreams and ‘JUST DO IT’. It’s intense but ultimately inspirational, especially the final little pose that Shia LaBoeuf does. If he can make it happen then why can’t you?
