Today in ‘Poor Life Decisions Made By People Who Forgot How The Internet Works’, teenage Russian golf-karting champion Artem Severiukhin performed a Nazi salute on the podium after winning a race in Portugal:

Yikes – not good. In fairness to Artem, he’s 15-years-old and maybe too young and immature to understand why he can’t be doing that – even as a joke and especially on camera. I don’t know if it was a split second decision to crack up his boys in the audience or whether he had planned it beforehand because he thought it would be hilarious. Either way, he’s out there representing his team, parents and nation, which is already dealing with enough bad publicity as it is these days.

No word yet if the FIA (motorsport’s governing body) is going to DQ Artem or strip his of his title, but you have to think some form is punishment is coming. Can’t be throwing up Nazi salutes anywhere and expect to get away with it. You live and you learn.

For the time Norwegian mass murderer Anders Breivik threw up a Nazi salute in court to ‘prove he’s not dangerous’, click HERE. Smart guy.
