The portal that connects Dublin with New York City via a live feed is the coolest thing ever, if slightly creepy because of the Black Mirror aspect of it all.
Well, inevitably, an OnlyFans girl from New York has used the portal to bag herself some free publicity, and ended up getting the whole thing shut down in the process:

That’s unfortunate, but nowhere near close to the most “offensive” thing that Dubliners and New Yorkers have been showing each other since the portals opened a week ago. In just that short amount of time, we’ve already seen people getting their c*cks and bums out, a guy sniffing coke off a key, and a man mocking Americans by showing off a photo of the twin towers in flames.

I mean, what did they think was going to happen? This was never going to pan out any other way. I actually cannot wait for the content that’s going to come out of these Dublin and New York portals in the coming weeks. I’d actually pay good money to watch some drunk Dubliner at 2am have a go at an American who’s just going to work in the morning due to the time difference. Imagine the possibilities when these portals inevitably open up in other cities around the world!
Obviously not off to a great start with the two portals being shut down within a week of opening, but I guess they’ll have to figure out what to do about the serial flashers and OnlyFans opportunists. At the end of the day though, these portals may just serve to remind us that some cultures aren’t so different after all.
