By now, climate activists are used to being dragged from pillar to post whenever they attempt to block off main roads and whatnot, but I never thought I’d see one get brutally rugby-tackled by a sister of the cloth. Watch below:

The story concerns the construction site of a large Catholic centre in Saint-Pierre-de-Colombier in Ardèche. According to GB News, religious officials and climate change activists have been clashing over the impact the new church will have on the surrounding environment. I’m not sure what that one protestor was trying to do running off while carrying those two plastic tubes, but Sister Margaret was having absolutely nun of it! (Sorry). Not today, hippie!
Who knows, she might’ve played a bit of women’s rugby in her pre-nun days. That’s how comfortable she looked making the tackle. Get her in France’s Six Nations squad ASAP.
