You can almost certainly guarantee that at a festival you’re gonna let your hair down, get absolutely paralytic and probably miss the one band/DJ that you actually came there to see – or just be having such a good time that you don’t even remember it. It’s just what festivals are about pretty much.

Until now that is and the emergence of the Mindful Drinking Festival in Bermondsey Square, London on Sunday August 13th between 2pm and 6pm. As it’s a festival, there’s going to be music and street food, but the main pull is going to be the non alcoholic and low alcohol content drinks of which they’re promising a multitude.
These include craft beers and wines that have an ABV of between 0 and 0.5% and a variety of vegan options too, topped up with mocktails, sodas, infusions and other soft drinks to sample. You’re also more than welcome to bring your kids along too as there are going to be a multitude of options for them to play along with too whilst you’re no longer struggling to stay sober.
If that’s what you’re into then head along on the 13th August. It’s completely free so you don’t even have to book a ticket. Result.
