The anticipation is slowly building to a crescendo for Avengers: Endgame as we finally find out whether our heroes are somehow going to be able to save half the known universe.

Marvel have been building the hype fairly steadily over the last couple of months before the premiere on April 26th, and they’ve whacked it up another notch with the latest trailer that just dropped everywhere in the world. Take a look and try not to get chills:

I mean yeah, it’s dramatic and yeah it’s got me pumped but it didn’t really show me anything that I didn’t already know from the last couple of trailers. Yes, those Avengers are still alive and are going to try and do something to sort it out but aside from a bunch of montages of them training – which are cool btw – there’s not really much else going on. I mean Thanos isn’t even in it for a start. How the hell is this going to be a three hour movie?

I guess that’s all part of the surprise, but I kinda wanted to see a bit more, you know (other than Captain Marvel at the end of course)? I suppose at least they let us know that it looks like Ant Man and Hawkeye are going to be playing prominent roles in this movie, because the last one really did miss them massively. On to the 26th April.
