After making a half hearted and very joke filled apology on ‘The Late Late Show’ the other night, it turns out that Balthazar owner Keith McNally has decided to let Corden back through the hallowed gates and into the most talked about restaurant in New York City history. Well, McNally is saying it’s the last word, but is it the last word? Balthazar and himself have enjoyed so much free PR over the past week that I think that he would probably love to keep the beef going if he could. Guy has has about 80,000 more followers than when I first heard of him seven days ago!

Most of the articles about the place would begin ‘although not as cool as it used to be’, but after these events I imagine that Balthazar will be packed to the rafters every day until McNally passes away. What an absolutely legendary campaign from the guy. Need to get over to NYC immediately to eat there.
