Everyone has been looking forward to Martin Scorsese’s ‘The Irishman’ ever since it was first announced a couple of years ago and now we finally know when we’ll be able to feast our eyes on it.

Netflix have announced that the epic movie detailing the life of Irish gangster Frank Sheeran will hit NEtflix on November 27th in the UK, but reassuringly it’ll also be getting a cinema release a few weeks earlier on November 8th. I dunno about you but I kinda wanna see an epic like this on the big screen where I won’t be distracted by my phone or people walking into my room or whatever.
Kind of a bit of a cop out that a Netflix movie isn’t going to be available exclusively on Netflix, but I suppose it makes sense for them to release it in theatres because it’s gonna make more money that way and be more prevalent when it comes to the Oscars and the Emmys and what have you. Just seems like they’re kinda missing the point because Netflix is a home entertainment system, right?
