The maddest story on the internet this week has been about the lady who freaked out on an American Airlines flight after becoming convinced someone on the plane ‘wasn’t real’, and assured her fellow passengers that they were all going to die.
Well it turns out the man was real (at least, if we’re taking his word for it) and he’s now identified himself and spoken out about what he said to the woman to send her brain spinning:

Well that explains it, I guess. Probably not the best idea to tell someone who’s on the verge of a psychotic break that you’re Lucifer in disguise but then I guess he wasn’t to know that she was going to take it so seriously. We’ve yet to hear from the lady herself but it will be interesting to know whether she had a bad reaction to her meds, or was drunk, or what the hell was going on with her exactly.
Either way, let’s hope the lady is getting the help she needs and doing much better. Good to know there were no reptilian demons on the plane after all, just real people. Unless…?
