Idris Elba Rips Into Cardi B’s ‘Bullshit’ Theory That Celebs Are Being Paid To Say They Have Coronavirus

Reckon there’s a chance Idris Elba, Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson and Prince Charles are lying about having coronavirus?

According to social media’s self-appointed coronavirus expert – Cardi B – that is indeed the case:

Real brainiac stuff right there. Idris Elba has hit out at Cardi B’s claims today, calling the rapper’s views ‘stupid’ and ‘counterproductive’.

He put out a livestream of his own saying the following (via The Mirror):

I think the negativity around ‘test shaming’ is counterproductive.

I don’t see what people get out of that. Also this idea that someone like myself is going to be paid to say I’ve got coronavirus, that’s, like, absolute bullshit, such stupidness.

So who do you believe? The great Idris Elba who claims he tested positive for the deadly virus, or Grammy award-winning Cardi B who clearly, and I mean clearly, has done the sort of research and pondering that even the most expert medical professionals probably haven’t even done yet:

Obviously it’s not impossible that Cardi B is onto something here. That the toilet paper companies, face mask companies, testing kit companies and vaccine companies are paying celebrities to pretend they have coronavirus. Are we sure that famous stars like Idris Elba and royals like Prince Charles are above accepting bribes from mega-rich corporations?

Hopefully Cardi B keeps investigating until she finds out the truth. We may not be able to trust the government or the World Health Organisation at this trying time, but we can always rely on Cardi B to tell us what’s really going on. If she ends up mysteriously assassinated one of the days, we’ll all know why.
