I think that it’s fairly common knowledge that Gordon Ramsay is staunchly anti-vegan, so anyone trying to get him to renounce meat and dairy was always going to face an uphill battle and unlikely to come out on top – and that is exactly what has happened to this person known as The Vegan Teacher.

The Vegan Teacher thought that it would be a good idea to write a song on a ukulele imploring Gordon Ramsay to become a vegan and to be honest I have no idea why she considered anything in that sentence to be a good idea, but the song somehow got the attention of Ramsay and he saw it as the perfect opportunity to absolutely dunk on her and all other vegans. Can’t really blame him for this one because even though I respect the majority of vegans, The Vegan Teacher and her ukulele seem to be a caricature of everything that is wrong with the movement.

Anyway, take a look at how Ramsay responded:

That’s pretty badass but again, anyone that has ever heard Chef Ramsay talk on the matter knows that he isn’t going to be receptive to these kinds of ideas, so I’m not sure what The Vegan Chef was expecting from this little endeavour. I guess more people are hearing her message, but I imagine most people who follow Ramsay on TikTok probably share his beliefs on the issue.

Having said that, the comments are a mixed bunch with some people saying how hilarious Ramsay is and others saying there’s no real need for him to mock vegans so much with his actions, but I suppose you expect that to some extent with an issue as polarising as this. Personally I kinda think Ramsay is a bit of a knob for continually making fun of the vegan lifestyle, but I guess it works for him so why bother changing?
