It’s fair to say the ginger people often get the rough end of the stick – not only do they get awfully sunburnt all the time, but they’re also almost universally rinsed by everyone all over the world and they don’t even have their own emojis.

One of those problems is going to change tomorrow though, as the latest emoji update rolls out and ginger people will finally be catered for on their stupid little heads. What’s more, it’s not only ginger people that are going to finally be accommodated, but also people with white hair, curly hair, red hair and no hair at all will all be included in this new update. I bet they’re all completely stoked about that eh?

That’s not all though as a whole bunch of new emojis are also debuting tomorrow, with lobsters, llamas, labcoats, skateboards, balls of yarn, magnets and a whole bunch of superhero and supervillian emojis too. There are 150ish new ones to choose from and you can handily see them all in the video below:

What was your favourite? I’m really looking forward to using the microbe emoji personally, can really see myself and the rest of the world population getting some mileage out of that. Great idea to include it.

Unfortunately, even though the new emojis will be avaialble from tomorrow, it’s going to take a while for all the different operating systems out there to update them so it might be a while before you’re able to use them and start seeing them in wider circulation. Pretty annoying because I’m depserate to start using that microbe in my everyday text conversations, but I suppose I can wait. I mean there’s no other option, I’ll have to.
