You might have missed it towards the tail end of last week, but we posted up a particularly graphic video of a man receiving a blow job off his girlfriend in the middle of a busy square in Liverpool City Centre and it was later suggested that the pair had been seen engaging in sexual activity in other public areas of the city too.

The woman was arrested last week but for some reason the cops weren’t able to track down her accomplice straight away, but they’ve managed to rectify that now and have even released pictures of the pair. 23 year old Joe Firby from Gateshead and 35 year old Kelly Cousins of Merton Road, Bootle have been named and shamed ahead of their appearance at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 20, charged with outraging public decency.
Can’t really see how they can even hope to get away with that one considering the amount of videos that have circulated on social media, but I suppose it might be interesting to hear just what they were thinking by taking part in something so public. It’s also kinda weird that the woman is so much older than the guy, but then I guess that just adds to the kinkiness for both of them. Naughty.
Anyway, here’s what Liverpool Mayor Joanne Anderson said about it:
I am extremely shocked and concerned at videos circulating showing acts of indecent exposure and sexual activity in our city. This isn’t amusing – it’s disturbing, damaging and an illegal act.
It also sets a dangerous precedent for the young women and men of our city. Let me be clear – this is a criminal offence. Acts of indecent behaviour in public places in Liverpool is simply unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I have spoken with Merseyside Police and requested immediate and appropriate action.
Geez what a frump. Probably find out that she regularly attends fetish nights now or something, although I guess you can argue that at least it’s in the privacy of her own home.
As for Cousins and Firby, it should be a pretty funny day when they attend court next month. We’ll keep you updated.
