Fake Doctor Convicted For Luring Men To His Apartment For Free Genital Exams

A former UC Health doctor who performed genital exams in his bedroom on men from his running group has been found guilty of two counts of practicing medicine without a license.

Rudel Saunders, 44, lured several men to the bedroom of his Cincinnati apartment under the guise of performing free heart scans. He told the men that he needed to complete a certain number of ultrasounds for his training (which was total BS, of course).

At trial, one of the men testified that Saunders had him lay on his back on his bed, in only his shorts, with a towel around his midsection.

The man held Saunders’ phone in one hand, which showed the ultrasound images. After checking the man’s heart and neck, Saunders told him that it was now time to check his testicles. In the video, which was played in court, the man could be heard saying, “What?”

The man testified: “I was shocked when he said it. It all just happened really fast. I didn’t really know what to do.”

Like any perverted fake doctor worth his salt, Saunders also had a camera set up filming the whole thing, which you’d think would be just a bit of a red flag, in addition to the exam being totally free and it being conducted inside his bedroom at home.

Then again, with the cost of healthcare in America, you can’t really blame these men for visiting a doctor at his home to try and get around paying a ridiculous medical bill.

Still, a free exam + bedroom + a camera pointed at your balls? Alarm bells would be ringing for sure. Probably what tipped the men off that something wasn’t quite right about the whole set-up.

A doctor at the University of Cincinnati’s medical school testified that the school did not require a certain number of ultrasounds for the credentialing process, and that Saunders’ training “was to take place at the hospital, not at (his) residence − and not without the supervision of an appropriate educator.”

Additionally, any contact Saunders had with “patients” had to take place “under proper supervision and not done outside a hospital,” an official with the state medical board testified.

No idea if Saunders was genuinely checking these men’s balls for testicular cancer, or whether he just wanted to have a good fondle, or both? Only he knows for sure.

For the fake nurse who treated 4,000 patients and was only busted because she was so good that she was put up for promotion, click HERE. No inappropriate fondling, as far as anyone can tell.
