Nando’s is one of the nation’s most beloved restaurants and in recent times they’ve been using their power and influence to help educate people about certain taboo subjects that people might not necessarily be so open to talking about through their new web series ‘Booth Truths’.

‘Booth Truths’ sees a diverse collection of UK celebrities gather in a booth at their local Nando’s to talk about topics such as mental health, identity and dating over some PERI PERI sauce as well as engaging in all the banter that you normally expect when you’re down at Nando’s. Previous episodes have featured Professor Green, Nadia Rose, Alhan Gencay and everyone’s favourite chicken shop girl Amelia Dimoldenberg.

This latest episode sees TV and radio presenter Maya Jama, UK rappers Aitch and Jay1 and Top Boy actress Jasmine Jobson sit down to tuck into some delicious wings. The four of them talk about looking after their mental health in the entertainment industry and their relationship with the truth and their own identities, as well as the hardships that they’ve gone through during their lives and how they’ve overcome them to get to where they are now.

It isn’t all heavy stuff though as there’s more than enough light hearted moments too, with Aitch being challenged to text the most famous person in his phone and the possible beginnings of a collaboration between the two UK rappers. Take a look at the episode below:
