A video has made its ways online showing a woman who was left with a gaping hole as a face, after a ‘flesh eating bug’ ate away at her skin.

The footage was uploaded onto LiveLeak with the caption, “If you think your life is ‘tough’, watch this. What would cause something so horrific?” When you see the footage, you’ll understand why:
It’s unknown what exact disease caused such damage to the unidentified woman’s face, but it appears to be similar to an ultra-rare bug that ate the face of this poor aspiring actress.
As the caption reminds us, it should make us realise how lucky we are. We might moan about having to get up for work or go through a bad break up or have an argument with a mate, but compared to not having a face, our problems all seem pretty damn menial.
