YouTuber Mike Van Erp AKA CyclingMikey spends his time riding around town and looking for drivers who are breaking traffic laws so he can shame them online and report them; which either makes him a road safety hero or an utter bell end, depending on how you want to look at it.

Either way, a piece of history was made today as CyclingMikey was knocked off his bike for the very first time as he was coming off a roundabout:

As you might’ve guessed, the comments aren’t very sympathetic:

Bit harsh? I mean, I get why CyclingMikey is so unpopular, but I don’t think anyone should genuinely wish physical harm on him. And as dislikable as he is, he’s clearly not to blame here. Although maybe he could’ve signalled better as he was going from the inside lane to the outside lane so quickly.

Well, either way, given CyclingMikey’s track record, there’s no way he’s going to let that other motorist get away with knocking him off his bike. Name & shame imminent, I would expect…
