Carole Baskin’s Dead Husband’s Lawyer Thinks He Was Strangled And Thrown Off A Plane

Updated ‘Tiger King’ content seems to be at a premium this week as the buzz finally seems to have died down, but some people are still scraping the barrel for it and scrambling to secure interviews with people who are pretty far detached from the whole thing like Carole Baskin’s dead husband’s lawyer.

Lawyer Joseph Fritz revealed that he’s pretty certain that Carole Baskin killed Don Lewis, but he doesn’t think that she fed him to the tigers like the popular theory goes, instead claiming that he was strangled and thrown out of a plane. That’s a hot take right there hey?

Anyway, here’s what he had to say:

In my view, there’s no question but that he was murdered.

He loved those cats. He never would have just walked away from them… ever.

He wouldn’t have done it. He was proud of those cats. He loved those cats. Some force made him leave.

I don’t know who is a murderer and who is not a murderer, but I know who is a liar and I can definitively state that somebody’s lying about it.

I read Carole Baskin’s response to the Tiger King and some of the things she said in there I personally know to be false.

What I had heard was that he was strangled from the backseat of an airplane over the Gulf at 50 feet and dropped out over the Gulf.

One day one of these people is going to stub their toe and want a get-out-of-jail-free card and that’s when something’s going to happen.

I mean that’s kind of a specific thing for him to hear isn’t it? Why didn’t she ask him any more follow up questions about who he heard it from or why he thought that? Sounds to me like he knows more than he’s letting onto from this interview, so I hope someone hurries up and stubs his toe, if you know what I mean.

For more of the same, here’s all the crazy shit that has gone down since the start of ‘Tiger King’. So much.
