For the last couple years, Candace Owens has made it her life’s mission to prove that France’s First Lady was born a man, and this has now resulted in Emmanuel & Brigitte Macron bringing legal proceedings against her with a defamation lawsuit.

This means that the Owens/Macrons beef is finally at the stage where each side requires evidence to back up their claims, and unfortunately for Candace, it seems like Mrs Macron has indeed provided evidence that she was not born with male parts.

She’s also reportedly provided evidence that the reproductive organs she possesses have birthed children, which if true, would mean that Candace Owens is well and truly f****d:

Now obviously, Candace Owens isn’t just going to roll over and accept defeat just because Macron has apparently provided evidence to the courts. Instead, she appears to be shifting the goalposts just a tad, from “Brigitte Macron was born a man” to “Brigitte Macron was replaced by a man”. That man? Her own brother, according to Candace…

Incredible. Now, I’m not sure how Candace Owens is going to go about categorically proving this theory in a court of law without Brigitte Macron whipping out her d1ck for the world to see, but for now, it’s certainly looking like she has a very expensive problem on her hands.

After all, Brigitte Macron’s brother is very much an adult man and there are multiple photos of him available, even standing alongside his sister:

Of course, the most entertaining and hilarious result would be Candace Owens somehow proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that Brigitte Macron was born a man, but it’s equally hilarious that she’s staking her entire reputation on this theory in the first place. In all likelihood, it does look like she’s going to get completely wiped out in court.

Now, there is one way of explaining Candace Owens’ doubling/tripling/quadrupling down on her Brigitte Macron theory: she’s trying to prove that she sincerely believes the theory in the hopes that it will protect her from a libel charge. If Owens can prove that she genuinely believes what she’s saying, even if it’s shown to be incorrect, her views could be protected under free speech laws.

After all, Brigitte Macron previously sued two women for libel in France after they spread claims on social media and YouTube that she was born a man.

At the time, a French court found the two women liable for defamation and awarded damages to Brigitte Macron, but earlier this year, the Paris Appeals Court overturned the decision, ruling the women’s claims fell under free speech and were thus protected.

Candace Owens is certainly aware of every detail of that case, and is probably hoping for a similar outcome at this point. For that to be the case though, she has to stick to her guns regarding Macron being born/replaced by a man. Surely that’s the only plausible reason for why she’s still be pushing this idea, right?

Either way, her lawyers are certainly keeping busy…
