Candace Owens has been on a mission to prove that France’s first lady was born a man for quite some time now, and she’s even said that she would love for Emmanuel & Brigitte Macron to sue her because she would then be able to get the truth through the court process. Well, it looks like she’s finally going to get the chance, although she’s in big trouble if she’s wrong.

Owens has been slapped with a defamation lawsuit this week for claiming that Brigitte was born a male and groomed her allegedly gay husband (Emmanuel) when he was 15 and she was his 39-year-old school teacher.

The couple are accusing Candace Owens of pushing a conspiracy theory that Macron “was born a man, stole another person’s identity, and transitioned to become Brigitte.” Owens has an entire eight-episode YouTube series on the topic, and speaks about it all the time on social media and on other people’s podcasts.

In one episode Owens says: “I believe that Emmanuel Macron is a homosexual man that was groomed from his youth.

French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte Macron have filed a defamation lawsuit in a Delaware court against controversial podcaster Candace Owens.

“I believe the individual who groomed him is now his wife. I believe that his wife was born Jean‑Michel Trogneux and transitioned in his early 30s, and I believe that the entire state is colluding to protect that secret.”

“And like I said, I would stake my entire professional career on all of those points.”

I mean, you better have some incredibly solid evidence to be saying things like that and staking your whole career/reputation on it.

The lawsuit also cites statements made by Owens on her podcast that claimed “Mrs. Macron and President Macron are blood relatives committing incest” and that “President Macron was chosen to be the president of France as part of the CIA‑operated MKUltra program or a similar mind‑control program.”

Furthermore, she Tweeted: “Emmanuel Macron married a man. Which was illegal at the time that he did it. Emmanuel Macron broke the law when he married his groomer.”

Interestingly, Brigitte Macron previously sued two women for libel in France after they spread claims on social media and YouTube that she was born a man.

At the time, a French court found the two women liable for defamation and awarded damages to Brigitte Macron, but earlier this year, the Paris Appeals Court overturned the decision, ruling the women’s claims fell under free speech and were thus protected.

So unless Candace Owens can categorically prove that Brigitte Macron was born a man, she better hope for the same outcome. I’m not sure it will pan out that way though, given the scale and obsessive nature with which she’s been covering the issue. She even mentioned on a recent podcast episode that Donald Trump himself rang her up and asked her to stop talking about Brigitte Macron:

Seems like Candace Owens’s lawyers are going to be very busy indeed. If it does go all the way to court, there would be DNA tests involved that could determine once and for all whether what Owens is saying is true or not. Then again, if it doesn’t go her way, she could easily claim it’s part of a ‘deep state’ cover-up like the Epstein files and whatnot.

Either way, she gets a huge bump in publicity, even if she does end up having to publicly apologise, withdraw her claims, and never talk about it ever again. It should be interesting, whatever happens…
