Over the years, inmates across the world have come up with creative ideas to attempt to break out of prison, some of them good, some of them bad, some of them downright ridiculous. This definitely falls into the latter camp.

This weekend, Rio de Janeiro-based drug trafficker Clauvino da Silva attempted to break free from the city’s most infamous prison disguised as his daughter.

Wearing a pink shirt, jeans, a wig, a bra and a mask that looks like it was stolen off the set of White Chicks, Clauvino boldly tried to pass jail entrance officers by requesting his 19-year-old daughter’s ID card.

But, let’s face it, that disguise is fooling NO ONE. Take a look for yourself…

Nice try mate.

Apparently the prisoner is serving a 73-year sentence for his work with the Red Command drug gang. Fortunately for him, his break-out attempt hasn’t added any years onto his sentence as it didn’t involve violence. The prison guards probably just felt sorry for him.

For what a real prison break looks like, here’s El Chapo escaping from his cell like it’s the easiest thing in the world. No mask required.
