Even after the weekend, it’s still had to believe what went down over in America at Capitol Hill last week and it feels as though we’ll be talking about it for weeks, months and probably years to come.

The latest voice to add their take on events is none other than former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger. The 73 year old posted the following video to social media, where he roundly condemned President Trump and claimed that he would remembered as the ‘worst President ever’ – he’s really not mincing his words here:

President Trump sought to overturn the result of an election – and of a fair election. He sought a coup by misleading people with lies.

My father and our neighbours [in Nazi-occupied Austria during World War Two] were misled also with lies, and I know where such lies head.

President Trump is a failed leader. He will go down in history as the worst president ever.

The good thing is he will soon be as irrelevant as an old tweet.

Burn – especially after Trump was banned from Twitter and most other social media platforms over the weekend.

That is a great speech though. Still kinda crazy that The Terminator is the most reasonable voice in politics at the moment – imagine how you would have been treated if you told that to someone back in the 1990s. What a crazy world we live in.
