Good news for Andrew Tate – he seems to have got himself some high-profile and vocal defenders. The bad news for Andrew Tate? It’s the Taliban.

According to journalist Sameera Khan, the Taliban are ‘worried’ about Tate and are monitoring his situation closely in hopes the Romanian authorities free him soon. In fact, Khan held a Twitter space with Taliban members the other night in which they discussed Tate’s detainment and wished the best for him:

If I were Andrew Tate’s lawyers, I’m not sure I’d be too thrilled about the Taliban vouching for me when it comes to allegations like human trafficking, rape and building an organised crime group that tricks teenage girls into becoming sex workers. After all, human trafficking, rape, and human rights violations in general are something the Taliban are pretty fond of themselves. Somehow I don’t think Andrew Tate will be asking the Taliban to provide glowing character references for him, if he knows what’s best.

Interestingly, this Sameera Khan lady seems pretty enamoured with Tate herself:

Let’s not gloss over the fact that the Taliban are holding Twitter Spaces either. What a world, and what a start to 2023. Are they subscribed to Twitter Blue too?
