Finally a hero has come along to solve one of the more horrific problems of the first world — dead phone battery. Israeli startup StoreDot has developed a prototype of a charger that takes your phone’s battery from dead to fully-charged in just 30 seconds. The product was demoed at a Microsoft conference in Tel Aviv this week and is set to be available from 2016, according to the Wall Street Journal. It will also be a lot smaller than it appears in the video below.
