Not so sure this guy had a great strategy going into this one. I’d say the weapon of choice, a meat cleaver, was probably ill-advised when you’ve got a bulletproof window between yourself and the person you’re trying to coax into giving you the cash. Allowing someone to casually stroll up to you and choke you out isn’t a great approach either.
