Normally when you go to a Mexican restaurant, you get a choice of about two different types of quesadilla – normally chicken and cheese or some kind of pork or something, but whatever it is it’s definitely fairly standard – and whilst these are good, it turns out we could be doing so much more with our quesadillas.
Case in point – all of these incredible looking quesadillas. Why didn’t I think of having a bacon jam and guacamole quesadilla with a fried egg on top – am I really stupid or something? Anyway, take a look at all these and wish that you were having quesadillas later today.
