I was really beginning to worry about the internet for a minute there. Over the years, they’ve managed to track down every Karen who ever existed but somehow a month after this video went viral…

… people still hadn’t identified the lady who saw the mf who wasn’t real. Until now, that is. Turns out the mystery lady is a marketing executive from Dallas, Texas, named Tiffany Gomas:

As per the NY Post, Tiffany’s meltdown started when she fell out with relatives she was traveling with, accusing them of stealing her AirPods. AirPods – the easiest things in the world to lose! Not exactly sure how she went from that to accusing plane passengers of not being real, but it does add another interesting layer to the story.

Tiffany has had quite a successful career in marketing, having served as vice president of Elevate Brand Marketing, where she was named a “rising star” in 2017 by a trade publication. Co-worker Dave Sedlin told The Post:

“Tiffany has built a sales portfolio and track record that rivals account managers with decades in the business”

Very impressive! We’re still no closer to understanding what exactly she was screaming about and whether there really was a reptilian passenger on that plane, but at least we know for sure that Tiffany Gomas is real. It’s actually incredible that she managed to keep her name a secret for that long after going viral over a month ago. Doesn’t seem like she has any social media accounts set up, so I’m sure that helps.

Anyway I don’t even think she was ‘smoking that wet’ as The Southland Post suggests in that clip, but rather having some kind of anxiety attack probably brought on by whatever medication she takes to make flying a little easier, which she probably washed down with some airport alcohol in the lounge before boarding. Hope she’s not too embarrassed by this episode and can at least take comfort in the fact that everyone on the internet seems to love her? Which is quite a rarity on these internet streets.
