Vladimir Putin Mocks Tucker Carlson To His Face For Not Getting Accepted Into The CIA

A big deal has been made over this Tucker Carlson/Vladimir Putin interview that got uploaded onto X yesterday, in which Putin basically controlled the conversation and even gave Tucker a 30-minute history lesson about Russia at one point. It was basically a snooze-fest, unless you’re really into this sort of thing.

There was one part though which basically summed up how little respect Putin has for Tucker Carlson, US journalists, and the US in general. He straight up mocked him to his face about the fact he tried and failed to get into the CIA:

Well, that was mean. It was probably also the moment Tucker Carlson realise that Putin knows everything about him and was in full control of their discussion (which I guess is to be expected, especially as it was taking place in Russia). Putin himself served 15 years as a foreign intelligence officer for the KGB, including six years in Dresden, East Germany, reaching the rank of lieutenant colonel.

There was also another “gangster” moment from Putin, where he mocked the idea that anything could stop Russia’s obliteration of Ukraine:

Credit where it’s due to Tucker Carlson, though: he did ask Putin to release Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich, who has been held captive in Russia since March last year. Amazingly, Putin said he was ‘open’ to discussions about this, but then he also said he was ‘open’ to peace talks with Ukraine, and that Boris Johnson c0cked those up previously by talking Ukraine out of it. Really, Boris?

Anyway, fair play to Tucker Carlson for getting through that in one piece. For the man in Russia fined £400 for dreaming about President Zelenskyy, click HERE.
