A California P.E. teacher named Danny Peterson has been suspended after this footage emerged of him trying to physically force a 14-year-old student into a swimming pool. Luckily she had another girl’s leg to anchor on to and managed to avoid a soaking, but it was an uncomfortable experience nonetheless:

The girl says she was avoiding the pool that day because she had an event to attend afterwards and didn’t want to ruin her hair. Her family now plan to sue the school. Hey, there are worse swimming pool experiences out there.
