The rule of this game is that whoever has their hand longest on the car wins it at the end of the show. The girl was trying to annoy the guy into failing the game and, judging by his reaction, she obviously got under his skin massively:

What an absolute piece of crap, I’m sure you’ll agree. Shame this guy wasn’t around to teach him a lesson. No idea who won the car in the end, but I’ll bet it’s the guy who’s sitting on the actual car while the rest of them stand. Smart move.
