This photographer was taking pictures of a car crash scene (an elderly lady had been hit) in Churchdown, Gloucestershire when suddenly he was confronted by this Scottish-sounding cop.

The traffic officer, who gives his name as Sgt Tony Wallace, bullies the photographer with threats of jail time and making his day a “living hell”, also adding “You’re lucky I didn’t knock you out.”

Obviously the photographer was doing absolutely nothing wrong, and thankfully managed to record the whole scene on his phone which has since led to the officer facing a misconduct probe.
