Niccolo Porcella was shredding some waves in Teahupo’o, Tahiti when he came up against this monster and just could not do anything about it. In the two clips below, you’ll see one of the most gruesome wipeouts ever as he literally falls off his board and is then propelled all the way up and around on another wave.

To be honest it’s any wonder that he’s still alive following this as it’s absolutely brutal, but he did make it out and is probably already back surfing those waves again knowing him. The same can’t be said for this dude though, who recently got his leg broken in another crazy swell.
