Stephen Graham is one of the UK’s most talented actors and kills every role you ever see him in, and there’s no reason to think ‘Bodies’ on Netflix will be any different.

Especially judging by the trailer which arrived earlier today:

Interesting. The synopsis provides a little more insight into the murder mystery, which you might have gathered is set over multiple eras:

Four detectives, living in four different eras, find the body of the same murder victim in London’s Whitechapel. They soon come to realise their investigations have them central to a mysterious conspiracy spanning over a 150 years.

Look – if Stephen Graham’s in it, we’re watching. The guy has to be one of the best character actors around at this point, especially when he’s playing a short man with a bad temper. He may not seem like classic leading man material, but even when given that spot he knocks it out the park; Boiling Point, This Is England, he can carry a movie/show easily as well as be a top supporting actor. Maybe not a huge star everywhere, but in the UK, he’s basically royalty.

Can’t wait for this to drop on Netflix on October 19.
