As far as mugshots go, there are some absolutely hilarious and incredibles ones out there, but this new one of Charles Dion McDowell might be coming in straight at the top of the charts as one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. I mean just looks at his neck right?

McDowell was arrested for possession of meth, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, and fleeing police by the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office and they sensed an incredible opportunity for viral notoriety if they posted up a picture of him on the internet and this is exactly what happened. The post has 250,000 shares at the time of writing and some of the comments where people have made jokes about his neck have about 130,000 likes.

Here’s a few of the best ones to save you having to wade through them. People really didn’t hold back:

I mean fair play internet – you really know how to make a joke about a poor man’s neck. Not sure how McDowell feels about it all but I kinda think he’s probably got bigger problems at the time being what with being arrested and all. Probably can’t help his mental state though being the biggest meme on the internet hey?
