I know the title of this blog says no one knows WTF is going on, but the truth is we all know exactly how Khloe Kardashian achieves these brand new looks every time – plastic surgery and lots of it. Still, it’s absolutely insane how someone can walk around with a brand new face like this every 3 years. Khloe Kardashian could literally fake her death, get a brand new face and carry on living life as normal and nobody would even realise it’s her. Is she on the run from the FBI or what?
