Camille Vasquez is really creating a niche for herself with these wacky celebrity clients, successfully defending Johnny Depp and now representing Kanye West, as confirmed by law firm Brown Rudnick earlier today.

Camille will be among a group of attorneys representing Kanye’s business interests – contracts, deals, the works, and NOT his divorce from Kim Kardashian (that duty falls on Melinda Gates’ former divorce attorney, Bob Cohen – a Jew, interestingly enough).

Kanye’s already lost one major partner in Balenciaga in the fallout from his antisemitic comments, the claims he made about George Floyd, and the ‘White Lives Matter‘ shirt he wore at his fashion show. Adidas are also under pressure to cut ties with Kanye, despite the fact he brings in millions of dollars for them.

There are no further details on the matter, aside from that Vasquez will be assisting Kanye on a “variety of business matters.” I guess she’s the new go-to lawyer for big time celebrities involved in massive controversies, though it’s only really worth it for the rest of us if they end up in a televised court case. Can you imagine Kanye taking the stand and Vasquez squirming at the outrageous things he comes out with? Especially if it involves the $250M lawsuit that George Floyd’s family is filing against Kanye right now. The memes and viral footage that will come from all this are going to be exquisite. Can’t wait?

Meanwhile, Kanye is also claiming that Quentin Tarantino stole the idea for ‘Django Unchained’ from him. Obviously.
